ABOUT US
Mount Vernon, Washington is located 60 miles north of Seattle in the heart of the Skagit Valley. Founded to support a thriving logging industry, Mount Vernon is now best known for its annual Tulip Festival, which draws in hundreds of thousands of visitors to our little corner of the world. With the foothills of the Cascade Mountain Range to the east and the Puget Sound to the west, Mount Vernon doesn't lack for artistic inspiration. The Mount Vernon School District takes advantage of that inspiration and allows its music programs to blossom. We hope you enjoy visiting our site and that it brings you to one of our many concerts throughout the year, or that it prompts you to support us any way you can.
