I registered but I have not received any info since then. Am I missing anything?

We send out emails through our website's email manager. Occasionally, receiving email services (Hotmail, MSN, Gmail, etc.) will flag emails like this as SPAM or JUNK and you will not see them unless you go looking in those folders. Unfortunately, we have no control over this. If you have further questions please contact MVHSCraftFair@gmail.com.

Can I choose where my booth will be located?

We welcome all requests and do our best to accommodate them. However, there are a limited number of wall spaces, corner spaces, near-the-restroom spaces, etc. Please send your requests to MVHSCraftFair@gmail.com.

Will I be able to set up the night before?

Yes!! We will have the doors open on Friday, November 17 from 7 pm to 8 pm for you to bring in your larger display items. There will be no security in the building that night so you will be leaving items at your own risk.

Once I am unloaded, where do I park?

The main parking lot in front of the gym building is saved for our shoppers. We ask that our vendors park in the smaller parking lot just west of the main parking lot.
Watch for the signs!! For vendors located in the cafeteria you may unload and park in the parking lot to the north of the cafeteria.

What size are the rented tables?

The tables are 30 inches wide by 6 feet long.

Will box lunches be available for the vendors?

Yes, but they need to be ordered and paid for ahead of time. You can do that by going to the registration page and selecting the box lunch.

When will I receive info about the location of my booth?

Emails about booth location will be sent to the email that you used to register about a week before the event.

On the morning of the Fair how do I check in?

The check-in desk will be located in the east foyer of the gym and fieldhouse building. Just give us your name and we will mark you as present!!

Will there be anyone available to help me unload?

Yes!! Our music students will be waiting to assist you. Just look for the kids in the green t-shirts.

Do you have tables available to rent?

Yes, we do, You can order one ahead of time by going to registration page and selecting a table or you can ask for one the day of the event.

Are chairs provided or do I need to bring my own?

Two chairs will be placed at each booth as a courtesy to you. If you need more than two please let us know in advance via email to MVHSCraftFair@gmail.com. You are also welcome to bring your own.

What kind of advertising is done for this event?

We use a variety of advertising including an ad in the Skagit Valley Herold, Facebook Events, posters, reader boards, and yard signs located through out the community. We also request that our vendors share the news with their network of friends and family!!
